This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, and process your personal information in relation to the business activities of Royale Group, and its affiliates (referred to as “ROYALE VACATION CLUB” in this Policy context). By visiting website www.royalegroup.in and our mobile application you confirm accepting the terms and conditions stated hereunder.

Royale Vacation Club collects personal data or information in accordance with the applicable Acts , only for and in respect of business purpose. Royale Vacation Club is a vacation ownership company that provides to its customers the holidays under a mixed-use business model and owns, operates and manages Resorts in UAE, India and abroad.

We endeavour at all times to collect personal data or information in a fair and lawful manner, and to meet our customer’s expectations as per the applicable laws.

Personal data or information consists of:

1) personal details including spouse/family members details such as name, age range, gender, demographic information like post code, preferences, interest, professional details, address, contact information including e-mail address,

2) use of the program,

3) payment details,

4) responses to surveys,

5) Know Your Customer (KYC) documents as mandated by Government authorities and

6) other details, which are usually collected directly from you.

Your personal data or information, relating your interactions and communications is collected and stored with us and our partners related to our business.

The collection of information about usage, operational status, software errors and crash reports, authentication details, quality and performance metrics, and other technical details is inter alia for the purpose of operating and maintaining our website and App and related software. This information includes device identifiers, identifiers from cookies or tokens, and IP addresses.

We use your information to deliver our services seamlessly.We, also collect your information and individuals accompanying you when you book travel arrangements, in order to process the transaction and to fulfil booking requests with travel and tourism operators. In case of any children accompanying the customer, we verify the age of the user/customer. We also collect information regarding the relationship between the user and the parent or guardian. We, also record the consent of parents or guardians given on behalf of the children.

We, also collect general business information relating to employees, contractors,shareholders, resort managers and other individuals.

This Policy explains the main features of our use of customer or user data / information and does not outline in detail the use of contractor and employee information.

2. Using and disclosing your personal informationPrivacy Policy

Our purpose in collecting information about you is to provide you with personalized services in relation to the membership. Royale Vacation Club uses personal information or data running our membership programs and operating our business, improving our product and services.

We also use your personal information for internal quality assurance purposes.

We do not disclose personal data or information, except where it is necessary to provide you with a service that you have requested such as to make bookings for your travel with airlines.

We also will not use or disclose your information without your consent, unless : –

(a)   required by law.

(b)   to protect the rights, property or personal safety of another customer or any member of the public.the assets and operations of the business are transferred to another party as a going concern.

When you provide your personal data or information to us, we will give you the choice as to whether or not you wish to receive further information about special offers, promotions, and changes to our products and services. If you indicate that you do not wish to receive the above information, we will not contact you further for them after 28 days of receipt of your request.

I/We hereby agree and authorize Royale Vacation Club and all of its divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, related parties, third party data processors/ nominees and other group companies (collectively the “Royale Group”) to access my/our basic data / contact details provided herewith, i.e. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, birth date and / or anniversary date. I/ We hereby consent to, agree and acknowledge that any of the Royale Vacation Club Entities may call/ email/ SMS me/us on any of the basic contact details shared by me/us, in order to keep me/us informed regarding product details, or send me/us any marketing and other product or service related communication and other offers of any of the Royale Group Entities. I/We provide the details herein at my/our sole discretion and confirm that no Royale Vacation Club Entity shall be held responsible or liable for any claim arising out of accessing or using my/our basic data / contact details shared by me/us. I/We consent to being assigned a unique identity within the Royale Group, to be shared amongst all Royale Entities, for the purpose outlined in this paragraph. I/We also agree that if at any point of time, I/We wish to stop receiving such communications from Royale Group Entities, I/We will call at ROYALE VACATION CLUB designated call center number and register my/our preference or write to  info@royalegroup.in  with “MyData, My Consent” as Subject.

When you request for deletion of your data or information, we follow a deletion process to make sure that your data or information is safely and completely removed from our servers or retained only in anonymized form. We try to ensure that our services protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Because of this, there may be delays between when you delete something and when copies are deleted from our active and backup systems.

3. Service providers/Data ProcessorsPrivacy Policy

Like many businesses, we use a range of third-party service providers/ data processors to help us maximise the quality and efficiency of our services and our business operations. This means that such data processors and service providers will have access to personal data or information collected by us for further using, storing, and processing as per the business requirements. We maintain it in United Arab Emirates & India. However, your information may be processed or back up on servers located in United Arab Emirates & India. Applicable Data protection laws will be complied with and we will apply the same protections described in this Policy. We also comply with certain legal frameworks relating to the transfer of data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and related rules as amended from time to time.

When we receive formal written complaints, we respond by contacting the person who made the complaint. We work to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of your data that we cannot resolve with you directly

We manage communications with members, users and customers according to its Privacy Policy. We respect individual’s choices about being contacted for marketing purposes. We may occasionally contact you at the e-mail or contact information that you provide to us in order to :

a.   Remind you of your membership renewal or warn you of the upcoming expiry of membership benefits.

b.   Provide you with updated information about our services or special promotions.

c.   Provide you with other information about other products and services which you may have an interest in.

Some of this information is necessary as part of our communication about our membership and other programs and is sent to all members. We will take all reasonable steps to delete it unless otherwise required to store for statutory or regulatory requirement.

Royale Vacation Club endeavours to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you, and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Royale Vacation Club uses a sophisticated computer data network, and all access to the computers and system devices are password controlled. Employees can only gain access to data if they are authorized, and we maintain an audit log which records each time a file is accessed. We also require our employees and data processors to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by Royale Vacation Club. Data is secured in a secure data centre environment, with daily backups of all data taken and a copy of all data kept offsite. Our data network is totally private and not accessible over the Internet. We use sophisticated detection and intrusion technologies to ensure that there are no network security breaches. On your request, we will share a copy of your personal data or information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format for your record and reference.
